Prompt service but they sign you up for the annual plan automatically
I was able to get bloodwork done in a timely manner because the lab requisition forms were reviewed and signed promptly. I received my results and the interpretation within a day. I also consulted a nutritionist who was also helpful. My only concern is that I chose the $20 per month plan but automatically got enrolled in the annual plan. This has been frustrating because the customer service refused to reimburse me. Their service has been great but their downfall is the automatic signing up for the more expensive, annual plan.

I was able to get access to a doctor and get my medicine that I needed. I can't stress hoe easy and amazing this was fIr me. However I will also say that, their marketing and billing is VERY misleading. Its billed annually, which considering the access it gives you im not too upset by it.

I recently found myself without a family doctor, I was a little hesitant to use an app, but this one is fantastic. I have frequent issues with allergies and stuff and they have been super helpful and fax prescriptions to my pharmacy quickly and when I needed a doctors note for work when I was very sick they issued it very quickly so I didn’t need to worry and could rest in bed rather than driving to a clinic and waiting hours. Well worth the subscription price just in the first use. Thank you so much! Nice to know I have this team in my pocket whenever I need help!

Dr Azam was quick and efficient to review my symptoms, offer a solution and send a prescription to my pharmacy. Doctor wait times in Nova Scotia are 7+ hours in emergency with limited walk ins so as a mom with two small children the ability to have a virtual appointment with results is a blessing.
